I. TRAVEL
Choirs taking part will pay their own travel costs.

II. MEALS
Lunch and dinner will be provided free of charge on request by choirs - from dinner on Friday 27 May to breakfast on Monday 30 May (except Sunday lunch), i.e. a maximum of four meals.

III. ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodation will be provided free of charge to those choirs which confirm they are taking part - if they reply within the time-limit to the first circular and if they are up-to-date with the entry formalities.
Free accommodation is available only to the conductor, duly notified singers, two accompanists and one or two drivers if the choir is coming by coach from a long distance.
Any additional person will be paid for by the choir.
Free accommodation is for three nights maximum (Friday, Saturday and, as necessary, Sunday).
Choirs may arrive in Tours on Thursday evening if they wish, but in that case they must bear the costs of accommodation.
Choirs wishing to leave Tours after the competition on Sunday evening should inform the organisers at least two months in advance.
Choirs will bear the costs of any extension of their stay.
If they wish, choirs may organise their own accommodation, but at their own expense. The Florilège Vocal de Tours should be kept informed.
Each choir should take out the necessary insurance to cover all third party risks.

IV. TRANSPORT DURING THE COMPETITION
The Florilège Vocal de Tours will only undertake to provide transport between the different locations of the competition for those choirs which do not have their own vehicles.
