I. TRAVEL
Choirs taking part will pay their own travel costs.

II. MEALS
Lunch and dinner will be provided free of charge on request by choirs - from dinner on Friday 28 May to breakfast on Monday 31 May (except Sunday lunch), i.e. a maximum of four meals.

III. ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodation will be provided free of charge to those choirs which confirm they are taking part - if they reply within the time-limit to the first circular and if they are up-to-date with the entry formalities.
Free accommodation is available only to the conductor, duly notified singers, two accompanists and one or two drivers if the choir is coming by coach from a long distance.
Any additional person will be paid for by the choir.
Free accommodation is for three nights maximum (Friday, Saturday and, as necessary, Sunday).
Choirs may arrive in Tours on Thursday evening if they wish, but in that case they must bear the costs of accommodation.
Choirs wishing to leave Tours after the competition on Sunday evening should inform the organisers at least two months in advance.
Choirs will bear the costs of any extension of their stay.
If they wish, choirs may organise their own accommodation, but at their own expense. The Florilège Vocal de Tours should be kept informed.
Each choir should take out the necessary insurance to cover all third party risks.

IV. TRANSPORT DURING THE COMPETITION

The Florilège Vocal de Tours will only undertake to provide transport between the different locations of the competition for those choirs which do not have their own vehicles.

MINDERS

Choirs should arrange for child minders on a ratio of one per 10 children. The child minders should be available throughout the stay.

FINAL ARRANGEMENTS

Choirs will be eliminated if they:
•    do not arrive at the time indicated;
•    include singers not included on the lists submitted to the Florilège Vocal de Tours;
•    do not take part in the final, public concert (unless with special agreement from the Jury);
•    do not attend the prize-giving;
•    accept to take part in a concert during the preceding month in the Department of Indre-et-Loire, without written permission from the Board of the Florilège Vocal de Tours.

Choirs will receive no fee from, nor can they oppose, any audio and/or video recording of the competitions.
Those in charge of choirs are informed that photographs will be taken throughout the event.
Entering the competition implies acceptance of the above rules without reservation. In the event of a dispute, the French text will apply.
